any thoughts on the quarterly paid employer growth before the pandemic kicked in? looked flat/down LSDs all throughout '19

Quarterly paid employers will be highly seasonal depending on recruiting demand. Even if it stays flat and they keep increasing their revenue per paid employer we should see nice growth. Over the long term, both will grow as the ZipRecruiter brand gets stronger and stronger.

Brand - Zip recruiter has 82% aided brand awareness among U.S. employers.

There are over 7.5 million employers in the United States alone, of which only approximately 114,000 are active Paid Employers in ZipRecruiter’s marketplace

I see there is odd here right???

Brand Awareness doesn't imply that the companies that are "brand aware" of ZipRecruiter are using them. The two cannot be correlated.
